Turkey is a must. Ham is more an Easter thing. It's really all about the side dishes though. Stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes (with marshmallows and brown sugar on top!), some kind of vegetable like...cooked carrots, I like those...cranberry sauce is also a must. And I guess anything else you want!

We did turkey AND ham last year, I'll probably just end up doing both again - can never have too much meat on this ship. Check, check, check on all of those things. Brook mentioned squash, so I might do some sort of squash soup. Or maybe sweet potato apple bisque... How do you feel about green bean casserole as a vegetable dish? You ARE the expert, after all!!

I think America is probably the real expert, but I do know a thing or two about Thanksgiving. Butternut squash soup would be amazing. That other one sounds good too, but there's already going to be a sweet potato dish. And green bean casserole is great!

I'm doing four types of pie at the very least - pumpkin, apple, cherry, and pecan. Got any other desserts to throw at me?

As long as there's pumpkin and apple, I'm happy. Rube really liked pecan so I'm glad you'll have that too. And...that sounds good, pie is pretty much the standard dessert.
