THE AWESOME BIRTHDAY PARTY LOG OF BIRTHDAY AWESOMENESS~

What started out as a ~SURPRISE~ joint birthday party for Usopp and Tamaki has since exploded to include Luffy, Mori, and EVERYONE ELSE WHO HAS A BIRTHDAY IN APRIL AND MAY!! Welcome to the Straw Hat Crew and Company's ships, the Thousand Sunny and the S.S. Haruhi the Second! The party spans both of them and the decorations are designed to reflect the season. Enjoy the beautiful sakura trees that grace each ship's decks, spend time beneath the lanterns and twinkling lights, and come dressed in your best yukata!

There's a banquet fit for a king - or several kings, this is Luffy's party, too, after all - and don't ask how it got there because Sanji still can't cook properly, BUT ENJOY THE FOOD ANYWAY. The dessert table is a sight to behold, there's gotta be at least fifteen cakes on that thing...

So eat, drink, be merry, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!

Possibly one of the best places in the boat; Mello's eyes read the titles, before finally picking up a random book - seeing he didn't know many books from this world, any would do.

Fujiko snuck in quietly and seeing Mello there debated leaving again but decided bugging him might be just as fun. And she was curious to see if Robin had added the books Fujiko had given her or possibly put them some place more private. "Yo."

Mello's eyes moved from the book to look at the woman, before he went back at what he was doing. "Yo. Still with Akito in your head?" he smirked slightly.

"No," she replied evenly, "Your problem now." She was sulking lightly, Mello had won some measure of a battle between the two of them, and he probably knew it. "You get to have Agito and Akito back in one piece. Or as much as that can even apply to the two of them."

Mello shrugged "I'd kill you if you had been able to meddle in Fujiko." Mello closed the book and put it back, looking at her "You are too noisy sometimes, and you forget with whom you are messing." Mello allowed Fujiko to joke around, he even found some amusement with all that poison and virus thing; but when it came to Mello's plans, he'd kill anyone that tried to interfere.

"I never forget," Fujiko replied softly, fingers slipping into pockets for security she kept handy. "But if you hurt them, then you'd better remember something too. I've dealt with hundreds of men like you Mello. And none of them lived." She sighed, forcing herself to casually run a hand through brown hair as if she wasn't scared at all. She was terrified. Heartbeat racing, mouth going dry, and yet she still felt that she had to at least try.

"I've been thinking about something. You are still trying to get a higher bounty, yes? To prove you're the best?" She arched an eyebrow cautiously. It was dangerous waters and she hadn't brought Jyabura for backup. Unthinkingly she lit a cigarette, she needed the soothing nicotine. "I have certain... connections toward that end. Should you be interested."

"I won't hurt the. I need them." And while they weren't still replaceable, so it meant Mello was not let them die just yet.
He looked at the woman for a second, until he smirked; in a sadistic way, actually, but he didn't realize it himself "And why would you help me with that? As far as I know, you are a bounty hunter on your free time."

Fujiko grinned broadly. "Precisely. If I can get certain people's bounties higher..." her eyes twinkled with mischeif. "I'll concede, I'm not going to be turning you in any time soon. What I'm suggesting is a slightly more mutualistic relationship. If my 'information' turns out to be true; then my connections are less likely to question my information on others as well." Reborn had his spies all over the Thousand Sunny to Fujiko's knowledge but luckily this wasn't something she cared about him knowing. It would take a lot to figure out where Fujiko would go with this when she herself was waiting to see whichever one became necessary or most profitable. The risk was that he would purposely try to feed her false information to mess things but that was why Fujiko relied on confirmation.

"You'll still actually have to do things to get your bounty of course," she said dismissively, "But I doubt you'd stop even if you didn't have to."

Things have been good here... Ah, other than the mix-ups with some people's abilities, but that seems to be happening everywhere. *tilts her head a little* Were you affected as well, Nanami-san?

Yes, actually, I was. [pulling down a book and flipping through some pages, not really paying attention to anything printed on them, would ask her the same thing in return, but doesn't care enough]

He panickly thinks about something to keep him there, an excuse.
“I’ll fucking help you!” he forgets about trying not to curse, looking towards the nearer shelf “What’s the name?” his face gets slightly red, revealing the awkwardness he was feeling.

He turns to Renge. What the fuck did she mean?? He wasn’t a fucking fan of books, and certainly wouldn’t fucking have the same tastes has her?? Was she fucking telling him to switch to Akito or something like that.
He refrained his lips to open, so that none of it would come out. And tried to look for something that sounded interesting. He crossed the book “Will this one do then?” not being able to hide the slightly angry tone, while holding the book “Moby dick”
