Yes, well, even assuming that we were somehow involved, it would be none of your business and your opinion would not come into it. He's your grandson, not your pet. He can make his own decisions, and, though I'm loathe to admit it, he does have a limited capacity for good, if not necessarily rational, judgment. He may not marry the love of his life as a young man like you did; in fact, if he doesn't make his share of mistakes first, I'll be very surprised. This is all assuming that he even has a sex drive or sense for romantic attraction, of course. He'll do what he does, and you can't stop him. I think you know that. Stopping whomever else he might choose to do what he does with won't improve the situation for anyone, least of all him. Do you want him to be happy, or do you want him to be the grandson that you hoped for?
