He can make his own decisions, and, though I'm loathe to admit it, he does have a limited capacity for good, if not necessarily rational, judgment. He may not marry the love of his life as a young man like you did; in fact, if he doesn't make his share of mistakes first, I'll be very surprised. This is all assuming that he even has a sex drive or sense for romantic attraction, of course. He'll do what he does, and you can't stop him. I think you know that. Stopping whomever else he might choose to do what he does with won't improve the situation for anyone, least of all him.
