Him, I honestly can't say. He obviously needs more down time before he's in fighting condition, but if what I've been told is any indication, he'll be all right. Not top notch, but all right.

I'm nearly healed. My right arm got the worst of it, and that's still sore and stiff, but I'm doing my best to stretch it. I may have to use seimei kikan to keep it going if things get bad.

It's a technique that allows the user to control every cell of their body by focusing and transferring energy. Basically, if my arm fails, I can control it...sort of like it's a puppet. But not for long.

What I mean is that for him, it's not recklessness. It's just doing what it takes to win. Once he's been hurt, winning just got further away, and he has to catch up. Besides, if you're a fighter - really a fighter, not just someone who fights - first blood kicks all of your senses into overdrive. It is comparable to sharks in a feeding frenzy.

It's more important that I be sharp than that my arm isn't sore.

Yeah, I know all that. That he'll do whatever it takes to win, that he can handle anything that's thrown at him and then some. It's not like I doubt him. It's just that he's frequently an idiot.

He gave me something I'm supposed to rub on twice a day. It's orange. The smell is surprisingly non-horrible, though.
