Although it's kind of fucking hilarious we'll be here for tomorrow. Least we don't gotta worry about decorating.

Because he was able to be there for her when she had to do that stuff, and I wasn't.

I don't know if I'd say it was your job... I dunno, that's a tough one. You want to help her and she's probably just trying to protect you from seeing that sort of shit. I doubt that's why she starting liking him, but... Look, some people are just good at certain things and others aren't. Lucci's better equipped to handle that sort of thing, and...just because you can't be there doesn't mean you can't still support her and comfort her and be there for her after.

So nothing important. Awesome - come on, we're going drinking.

...that's what she said. She doesn't want me to have to see it, or...even really know about it. She never wanted to talk about it. I mean. Even when she's really upset, or when she wakes up with nightmare, if I ask her about it, she never... So. Eventually, I stopped asking.

But...earlier tonight, she asked me about it. If I wanted to come with, or--she said she'll tell me about it, because it's part of who she is. So. That's probably good. Right?

There are some things people just don't want to talk about. It doesn't mean they care any less for you or that they're trying to keep it from you. That's just their way of dealing with it.
