Sanji lives in the Residential District, on the fourth floor of one of the apartment complexes. His apartment is a moderate size with an open floor plan, nothing too fancy, but its two most prominent features which are immediately noticeable when you enter are the
kitchen and the
aquarium that lines one wall of the living room. The kitchen is fairly large, as that's where Sanji spends a good chunk of his time, with lots of counter space. It has not one but
two ovens, as well as a center island which is where the stove top is located. The fridge is also bigger than you would normally see in an apartment, and has extra freezer space. It also has a keypad lock on it that only Sanji knows the code to (blame Luffy). There's a walk-in pantry in the back corner, yet again bigger than you might expect, and there are plenty of cabinets around the room. The kitchen is not surrounded by walls, but rather has a breakfast bar on one side of it that overlooks the combined dining room and living room. The centerpiece of those two rooms is the dining table that can easily sit ten people, and then beyond that the living room section of the apartment has a comfortable corner couch that's pushed up against the aquarium wall. The adjacent wall where the rest of the couch sits has floor to ceiling windows that look out onto a balcony, which you can access via the sliding glass door at the other end of the wall. Across from the couch is a 52-inch television.
The balcony also runs alongside one of the bedrooms, which has another door that leads out to it. This is the room that Sanji has claimed, that way he can enjoy an evening smoke outside without having to leave the comfort of his bedroom. He also has various herbs and potted plants housed on the balcony, and there's a grill out there, as well.

(Rough example of what the floor plan looks like, but not exact. The kitchen is larger than it appears here, and there's a washer / dryer room leading off of it. The wall dividing the bottom bedroom and the living room is where the aquarium is. If it were pictured, the balcony would be just below the bottom bedroom and the living room.)
