THE AWESOME BIRTHDAY PARTY LOG OF BIRTHDAY AWESOMENESS~

What started out as a ~SURPRISE~ joint birthday party for Usopp and Tamaki has since exploded to include Luffy, Mori, and EVERYONE ELSE WHO HAS A BIRTHDAY IN APRIL AND MAY!! Welcome to the Straw Hat Crew and Company's ships, the Thousand Sunny and the S.S. Haruhi the Second! The party spans both of them and the decorations are designed to reflect the season. Enjoy the beautiful sakura trees that grace each ship's decks, spend time beneath the lanterns and twinkling lights, and come dressed in your best yukata!

There's a banquet fit for a king - or several kings, this is Luffy's party, too, after all - and don't ask how it got there because Sanji still can't cook properly, BUT ENJOY THE FOOD ANYWAY. The dessert table is a sight to behold, there's gotta be at least fifteen cakes on that thing...

So eat, drink, be merry, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!

...Always? *makes a jerky hand movement like he was gonna reach for Zoro, then changes halfway and rubs the back of his neck awkwardly instead* If you show me now, we won't have anything for the wedding.

You already showed me yours. Its only fair. *flicks open the lid before Sanji can say anything else, revealing an engraved ring, with two added inlay stripes on the front, one green and one yellow*

*just stares at it, face going pink again, and can't keep his lips from twitching up into a slight smile* You one-upped me.

As usual. *gives a smug smile*

*shoves at his shoulder* Asshole.

*grabs his hand* I want to wear them.

But... *hesitates, then decides the hell with it* ...Alright.

*takes the ring out of the box and holds it up to his finger before looking up and meeting Sanji's eyes* *takes a deep breath before sliding it on his finger*

*trying not to grin like a total lunatic and probably failing* *looks down at the ring, glad to have it back in its rightful place again, and then back up at Zoro* Your turn... *takes his hand, sliding on his ring, too*

*tosses the box aside, immediately snaking his hand up and around to push into Sanji's blond locks, pulling his head in for a deep kiss* *takes it slow, but finds it difficult to keep from smiling while he pulls Sanji in by his waist tight*

*kisses back happily, not even trying to stop himself from grinning into it* *pulls back eventually, making a content sound as he leans against Zoro, arms draped around his shoulders* So...I think we hit a new sap record tonight.

Speak for yourself, cook. *slides a hand down to grab onto his ass* All I did was say yes.

*rolls his eyes, flushing slightly* You're the one who wanted to exchange rings already. *drops his hands down to Zoro's chest, pushing aside the material of his yukata so he can slip his hands underneath*

*makes a content humming sound, pressing a kiss to Sanji's cheek* Been tryin to do this for weeks, hm?

...Yeah, that'd be why you ended up with spaghetti all over your shirt that one time. *goes shifty eyed* I was waiting for a decent island, figured we could have a date or something, but... *turns his head to catch Zoro's lips in a quick kiss* Got tired of waiting.

Hm. *does his favorite nudging nose thing* And what made you...sure? You know. That you wanted to.

*shrugs* I was always sure - I mean, I never doubted how I felt about you... *sighs* I just panicked over nothing and was being an idiot, basically. And I finally realized I needed to STOP being an idiot before I ended up losing something that I couldn't ever replace. *slight grin* How could it be anything but a good thing, getting to spend my life with you?

... *pauses, frowning at himself* ...I'm not talking anymore tonight.

You do talk too much. *grins and gives him a squeeze around the middle*

You asked. *finally gets his hands moving again, sliding them up over Zoro's shoulders and then down across his chest again* And if you were smart, you would've found a way to shut me up by now.

Maybe I like hearing you babble. *raises an eyebrow* Unless you WANT me to shut you up. *licks the corner of his mouth absently*

Take the hint. *leans in until their mouths are brushing against each other as he speaks* I want.

*grins sadistically, leaning his head back* If you want it you're gonna have to try harder than that.

Oh? *grabs the front of Zoro's yukata, spinning him around and backing him into the ship's railing, pressing tight up against him* How hard?

Harder than THAT. *still grinning, letting himself get tossed around by Sanji*
