Reborn had his spies all over the Thousand Sunny to Fujiko's knowledge but luckily this wasn't something she cared about him knowing. It would take a lot to figure out where Fujiko would go with this when she herself was waiting to see whichever one became necessary or most profitable. The risk was that he would purposely try to feed her false information to mess things but that was why Fujiko relied on confirmation.
