Oi, anyone who's listening...which of these shitty farms around here's got the best fruit selection? We finally got the house straightened out again after that fucking tidal wave and it's a good time of year for this, so I'm gonna put the kitchen to use. Should buy some pie dishes, too...

Well, he has a small garden, I'll have to see if he's willing to part with some of his vegetables. Maybe if you offer to pay him?

I've planted some of my own since I arrived, they're coming in rather nicely along with the flowers, so maybe if you're lucky you can come see my farm instead. [ That's not actually a farm, but a huge patch of land outside Malik's that she claimed for herself. She is growing some pretty sweet vegetables out there though, thanks to that green thumb of hers.

Also her tone may or may not be flirty, so take that however you want, Sanji. ]

Oh you. ] You're free to visit my garden in Espoir any time then, and feel free to take any vegetables you may need, just be careful of the flowers.

No, I don't cook often. But I figured it couldn't hurt to grow some vegetables while I'm there. Maybe I can have a little stand for them outside my shop. Branching out isn't a bad idea, right?

I think that's a great idea, actually, Aerith-san. I'd definitely shop there! Cooking is a passion of mine, I'll take all the fresh, well-grown produce I can get. It gives food such a rich flavor!

I haven't had much of a chance to, ah...be nice to them. [being nice to scarecrows = WEIRD CONCEPT] The lake's kinda far north and with all the repairs we've been doing I haven't had a lot of time to make it down to the village much.
