...These kittens are getting pretty damn mobile. They're gonna be all over the freaking place soon.

Anyway, why the hell's it so quiet tonight? Even the sea's quiet, there ain't a shitty breeze or nothing. S'weird. Anyone wanna drink or something? I was thinking of...I dunno, making cookies maybe. Possibly. Who knows.

Either way, I'll be in the galley.

Impossible, marimo. Since that title goes to you.

Like hell. You can give it your best shot, though.

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-01 07:14 am (UTC)(link)
It's a 'title' that goes hand in hand with your other title—Prince of Retardia.

Get out here. You're getting your ass kicked in front of the cat you insulted.

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2010-06-01 07:19 am (UTC)(link)
It's not my title—AND THAT'S NOT MY TITLE EITHER!!

I ain't getting my ass kicked anywhere, shithead, but fine, I'm coming!

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-01 07:24 am (UTC)(link)
That's what you think!

Yeah? Good, we'll see about that, you—...HEY, get back here!

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2010-06-01 07:28 am (UTC)(link)
It's what I think because it's the truth—what? Oi, oi, you're not being a lazy-ass babysitter are you?? Did one get away??!

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-01 07:32 am (UTC)(link)
Che, no, she just went over to the other side of the lawn and—

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2010-06-01 07:39 am (UTC)(link)
...

And what, what'd she do?? Don't "it's fine" me! She's okay??

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-01 07:42 am (UTC)(link)
...She's—trying to climb up the slide.

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2010-06-01 02:12 pm (UTC)(link)
Ahah—really? Hang on, I'm coming to see.

/Suzume is climbing, Zoro is holding Grommet

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 03:45 am (UTC)(link)
...Fuzzy-brained little thing, she'll never get up there.

/shows up on deck half a second later because KITTENS CLIMBING SLIDES ARE CUTE

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 04:02 am (UTC)(link)
She probably won't even make it halfway, she'll start slipping back down.

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 04:11 am (UTC)(link)
She hasn't even been making it that far.

...Good effort, though.

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 04:16 am (UTC)(link)
Heh, maybe she's slipping on purpose. She kinda looks like she's enjoying it.

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 04:27 am (UTC)(link)
Well. It is a slide.

/sets Grommet midway up the slide so she coasts down

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 04:29 am (UTC)(link)
...

XDDD

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 04:34 am (UTC)(link)
Ha. Listen to 'em squeak, Grommet doesn't know what the hell's going on.

...

Hopefully Leo doesn't come investigating any distress calls.

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 04:55 am (UTC)(link)
She'll figure it out.

...

It's not real distress.

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 04:59 am (UTC)(link)
She hasn't even tried climbing yet. ...Yours is damn determined to get to the top, though.

Well I know that. But loud, meowing kittens are bound to get her attenti—ah, see? Mama Leo, stage right.

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 05:30 am (UTC)(link)
Hn. 'Never give up' is the right attitude to take.

...Huh. Sharp ears.

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 05:35 am (UTC)(link)
Bullheaded and stubborn, more like. Takes after you.

She's a cat, moron. Heh, guess she just wanted to watch.

[identity profile] strayswordsman.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 05:38 am (UTC)(link)
Che! You say that like it's a bad thing!

If she could hear those little squeaks from all the way down in the hold, she must be some kind of super-cat. ...And of course she did, she's probably laughing, too.
