A drink. Basically milk and ice cream blended together. Sometimes with other stuff added - cookies or strawberries or chocolate chips, stuff like that.

Oh. What about nachos?

Chips with cheese, salsa, taco meat, sour cream, etc...

They're both really good.

Nacho. Short for Ignacio. It's kind of a common name? ...Well, where I come from.
