You could probably substitute it for beef. It tastes similar. Quite a bit less stringy, though.

No, of course he wasn't. You'll notice that I'm not either. It's...confusing, and this isn't something he's really thought about before, which means that we're going to have to talk about it a lot, which I'm sure he isn't looking forward to.
