...Hm.

It could look worse, I guess.

...

Actually.

No. It couldn't.

Goddammit. Whatever.

ANYWAY. Straw Hats, we kinda need to...go pick someone up. I told him we'd be there in...oh...negative five weeks. Ahah. Nami-sa—er. Na...mi.....nngh - she says we're leaving right after lunch. So get your shit together!

P.S. I haven't had a cigarette in almost three days. You've been warned. Not that you NEED to be warned, because I'm totally fine.

P.P.S. Chopper says he's gonna take my stitches out tomorrow. THANK FUCK.

P.P.P.S. Zoro is an idiot.

[ooc: SO SANJI NOW LOOKS LIKE THIS. Minus the smile. As he is none too pleased at the moment, haha. \o/]

...I'm not so sure about that.

They're also off-limits for stuff like that. Ours are, at least.

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 09:17 am (UTC)(link)
Why?

All right. I didn't realize it mattered. I thought you wanted to sell them, so I assumed you wouldn't mind.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 09:33 am (UTC)(link)
I dunno. Cybug seemed like he was suffering before Franky fixed him up, for one thing.

Just a FEW, and I didn't WANT to sell them, I was just saying we COULD. Besides, that's completely different anyway!!

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 09:47 am (UTC)(link)
Did it? I never saw.

Ah. Well...fine, then. No eating the beetles.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 10:21 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah.

Exactly. ...there's probably other gross stuff you could make him eat, anyway.

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 10:25 am (UTC)(link)
It was just the first thing that came to mind. I'm sure I could find a cockroach. Or a mouse, but that might be too much.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 11:07 am (UTC)(link)
...a mouse is DEFINITELY too much, yeah.

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 11:17 am (UTC)(link)
I suppose you all don't have the advantage of being able to turn into a large cat and swallow rodents whole.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 11:40 am (UTC)(link)
If you really consider that an ADVANTAGE...but yeah, no, we don't. So let's not go there.

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 11:43 am (UTC)(link)
It is an advantage in that, if one is, say, camping out in the woods for weeks at a time in order to discreetly scope out a target, it's much easier to catch and eat a whole, raw rabbit than shoot it, clean it, cook it, and cut it up.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 12:42 pm (UTC)(link)
...I guess. That's not something most people would have to worry about in the first place, though.

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-10 12:57 pm (UTC)(link)
I suppose not, but it's a useful survival skill.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 02:48 am (UTC)(link)
You're speaking from experience, I'm sure.

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 02:58 am (UTC)(link)
Of course. The World Government liked having zoans for agents; we're much more able to survive unaided in the wilderness.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 07:23 am (UTC)(link)
Wouldn't that kind of depend on what kinda Zoan animal they were? ...well, nah, I guess it makes sense.

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 07:33 am (UTC)(link)
Kaku's ability might be inconvenient simply because giraffes are huge. But other than that, not really.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 08:37 am (UTC)(link)
Well, I was gonna say hunting would be easier if you were some kind of carnivorous animal, but then I realized if you were a deer or something, you could just eat grass.

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 08:38 am (UTC)(link)
If you know what plants are okay to eat.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 10:16 am (UTC)(link)
Grass is always fine, isn't it? I guess I have no clue. But some stuff that makes people sick, animals can eat just fine, right? And vise-versa. So it MIGHT be okay anyway, depending on.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 10:49 am (UTC)(link)
Huh. So, yeah, I guess that's kinda useful.

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 10:52 am (UTC)(link)
...

I miss being a leopard. It's starting to make me twitchy.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 10:59 am (UTC)(link)
...oh. Me asking all these questions probably isn't helping, huh? I didn't think about that; I was just curious. Uh. How's your arm coming along, anyway?

Anyway. S-sorry. Maybe we should talk about something else?

[identity profile] black-hat-cat.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 11:02 am (UTC)(link)
No, no, it's fine. I didn't think about it myself until a moment ago. It's not bad all the time; just...now and then. I'm probably going to get the cast off on the 20th, but Chopper says we'll have to see.

[identity profile] warriorothesea.livejournal.com 2010-01-11 11:55 am (UTC)(link)
Well, that's not TOO bad, I guess. I mean, once you get your cast off, you can be a leopard again, right? So...not even two weeks, if everything heals okay.

Tell you what, when it's bad, tell me and we can do something to distract you. Ur, if you want, I mean.
