I think I'm just about done with this island.

Although it's kind of fucking hilarious we'll be here for tomorrow. Least we don't gotta worry about decorating.

...On a completely random note, I can't seem to find Shitty Bug. Er. Help?

I'm glad he's not around. I don't want to ever see him again.

Mm...fair enough.

At least you've got a good man now. That guy doesn't know what he's missing.

[identity profile] deadgirldropout.livejournal.com 2009-11-11 08:15 am (UTC)(link)
That's the thing. He knows exactly what he's missing.

Then he's just an idiot and a jerk.

Yeah.

Well. He had just lost his father. So.

Still. No excuse. He ain't even worth discussing anymore, so that subject's closed.

Yeah. Okay. That's fine with me.

My first time was kinda crap, too. If it helps.

It doesn't help, but it's nice to have someone to commiserate with.

Heh, right, I guess "help" wasn't exactly the right word there. My bad.

No worries.

...okay so I need some advice.

Advice? Alright, hit me, I'll see what I can come up with.

Okay. So. I have this friend. Who. Is in a serious relationship. But also has feelings for someone else. And that someone else just told my friend that he loves her. And generally seems pretty fucking miserable about the whole ordeal.

Re: [Private]

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2009-11-11 09:34 am (UTC)(link)
...Hm. How serious are the feelings your friend has for this someone else?

Re: [Private]

[identity profile] deadgirldropout.livejournal.com 2009-11-11 09:37 am (UTC)(link)
...they just might rival her feelings for her boyfriend a little bit.

Re: [Private]

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2009-11-11 10:00 am (UTC)(link)
Sounds pretty serious. So...you're wondering what your friend should tell the other guy?

Re: [Private]

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2009-11-11 05:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Well. That’s your friend’s call. She’s obviously happy with the boyfriend, which makes him sort of...safe, you know? Whereas if she decides to go with the other guy, that opens up a whole new world of unknown stuff, and she could very possibly lose the boyfriend entirely even on a “just friends” level and things could totally fail with the other guy and then she’d be left with nothing. But then again, maybe the boyfriend would understand and maybe things would be beyond perfect with the other guy, and everything would work out just fine.

I don’t know, George-san, it’s a tough choice. I guess it just depends on how much...she’s willing to risk. She might owe it to herself to give this other guy a chance, but she also has to realize just how much she could end up losing.

Sorry, that’s probably not much help. I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer. Just. Try not to lead either guy on too much. And be honest with both of them.

I wish there were an easy answer.

I wish I could have them both.

[identity profile] serving-love.livejournal.com 2009-11-11 07:11 pm (UTC)(link)
So it is you.

Who's the other guy?

Ah, sorry! It's not a bad thing, I mean, you mentioned possibly having feelings for him before - it's more the other way around that surprised me. Wasn't expecting Lucci to...tell you that. That's all.
