I'll be honest: I did use meaningless words to lure people into sleeping with me when I was younger. The issue is in that I would have vastly preferred not to, but explaining to someone that the reason you are having a conversation is that you both want to have sex with each other, and the fact that societal expectation demands small talk, flirting, and tokens of affection in the form of liquor is a dull and pointless obstacle in the way of a common objective that has already been established, and that I have a very comfortable bed if that entices them to forego telling me about their cousin's wedding is more likely to get me doused in cosmopolitan than laid. Perhaps if people were more willing to admit to their desires up front, other people wouldn't have to lie that way.

We were often assigned to deal with criminal organizations of that ilk, yes.

Actually, it's my opinion that it accentuates the evil smirk. I happen to like it just because I do. It's my face; I don't need any other reasons.
